Responsible personal for a critical and mainly used application across MAS factories.
Acts as a liaison between the IT department and the business users, gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the application aligns with business objectives in shopfloor suite for all divisions in MAS local and foreign.
Documenting and analyzing reports generated by the application is corresponding and accurate from the Arch data, SAP data and the SQL database.
Lead for all divisional plant teams across MAS for Shopfloor suite Handles the day-to-day operations of the application, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, backend issues and change requests for all Divisions.
Key player in Shopfloor application and Dashboard projects (Oversees projects related to the application, such as upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget, arrange trainings on the application physically)
Directly responsible for the management, maintenance, and performance of the application and ensure that the application meets the company's needs and aligns with its strategic objectives.
Working with 3rd part company and the business teams to ensure an efficient process throughout the whole shopfloor application.
