Adhere to the outlet policies, procedures and regulations set by the company to uphold the standards and reputation including timekeeping, absences and grooming.
Prepare and submit reports for daily feedback, merchandising and monthly sales.
Serving customers to ensure their needs in a timely manner with customer service standards and achieve individual and monthly sales by performing up and cross selling techniques.
Auditing, monthly and yearly inventory as a measure of losses and damages as per company guidelines.
Submitting reports for daily and monthly sales and providing feedback to the Management on customer preferences as to quality standards.
Pioneered new accounts and maintained a strong and growing customer base.
Offers help and support to all the colleagues, including the ones in other stores when required.
Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to all customers by assisting with all relevant information required.
Proactively check information in knowing the customer by checking their profile, preferences and onward details.
