• Led the SRTF Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) with systems set up, tools development, baselines, end-lines, Ad-hoc, qualitative and quantitative data analyses.
• Manage day-to-day research process, including conducting feedback sessions with field enumerators to obtain further clarifications & commentary, supporting field coordinator in implementing the data quality protocols.
• Contribute to the design of the methodology.
• Develop the field research tools, field enumerators guidelines, data processing, analysis processes, and reporting processes.
• Support Field Coordinator and Information Management Expert in training field enumerators on data management and tools.
• Contribute constructively to the overall submission of a final analysis monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including ad hoc reports.
• Generate visuals for reports using Piktochart, Power BI, and excel.
