Dia Naji

As an energy efficiency engineer, I am responsible for performing detailed energy, water, and sustainability audits for different consumer types such as commercial, hotels, public sector, and industrial. This includes conducting energy and water efficiency studies, analyzing and reporting of data, and presenting the outcomes, as well as study the feasibility of implementing different energy savings measures, including renewable energy; such as PV and SWH.

At ARE, my role Included designing PV systems using AutoCAD, PVSyst, and SketchUp. It also included preparing technical and financial proposals, as well as supervision of PV systems installation.

Although it was a short internship period, I learned the basics of PV systems designs during it. Additionally, I designed basic PV projects using PVSyst and SketchUp, thus furnishing my basic knowledge in the photovoltaics field.
