• Conduct market research to understand the relevant leading practices.
• Building a capabilities mapping for different technologies and align to the innovation value chain & landscape of devoteam, in addition to clients ecosystems.
• Conduct & lead design thinking workshops as innovation catalyst and manage a process by adopting different methodologies for ideation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to determine testing and piloting of new technologies, processes, best practices.

• Ensure implementation and Innovative technologies for better visibility and enhanced data security to allow InfoFort’s customer to streamline operations and day-to-day processes.
• Help the Infofort clients to generate insights that can shape their business and increase the quality of decision-making process by providing analytical Data through implementing BI solutions.
• Present Infofort Solutions in term of Technical & Business solution as product consultant.
• Support Global Regional Sales manager to close Sales deals by providing POC’s and Solution simulations, in addition to project costing and licensing.
• Business Process Automation using different platform related to RPA, OCR, eForm, Workflow, DMS and, Low-Code platforms and ECM
Ensure implementation of strategic FMCG IT application (Oracle Supply Chain Management
Modules) and Infrastructure landscape and innovative solutions at wholesale, VAN Sales and
retail level to enable regional growth.
• Define, implement and maintain IT Strategy for all integrated Group companies. Support
the strategy with effective IT KPI’s.
• Supervise the IT Risk Manager to implement and maintain Risk Management processes
and policies.
• Team management, resource planning, training and career planning for the FMCG & supply
chain IT department. Set and control Key Performance Indicators for different processes
and services.
• Local budget estimations and forecasts and drive IT cost optimization.
• Partner with the business to align IT strategies and maximize the value of technology
investments. Ensure customer satisfaction by survey & review. Definition, assignment
control of new initiatives to increase the satisfaction level.
• Foster, facilitate and administer the integration of further Group brands/companies into
the company’s IT or Group IT operations to increase the synergies.
• Operate and deliver efficient IT operation services to support the business while
managing risk and protecting core assets for more than 12 sites.
