- Acting as a focal point Scaffolding Specialist & Coordinator in between the Division and clients by Coordinating And Supervising All Scaffolding Activities as Technical Design Erection, Dismantling & Modifying, Attending the required Meetings, Site Inspections, well knowledge off the Cup lock system, Kwick-stage (RMD), Tube and Fittings, providing Technical solution to all kinds of issues arising on Scaffolding works. -Follow up and maintain all Inspection Records & Registers for Tags of Scaffolding Structures & Ladders & Scaffolding Tools & FBH, etc.
- Coordinating and well communicating with the SHES Department to maintain my crow to comply with all site safety Rules.
An HSE & Traffic Manager In charge to prepare all the require documents for Traffic Diversion Plan TDP according to the WZTMG 2015 1.2
- Preparing and presenting all HSE plan & Policy according to the state legislations as QCS 2014 etc. for any project we engage to accordingly
- Coordination with Police Traffic Department (Traffic Eng. Officers) for Approved TDP & Police Traffic Patrols for road closer Long & Mid Terms Permit

Job Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Explain the HSE obligations to the various players involved and ensures that the site staffs promote awareness among workers of the HSE approach, good safety behavior and IIF program.
- Provides technical guidance on implementation of the HSE program to the Construction team and propose to the HSE Management ideas to continually improve the effectiveness of the system.
- Ensure that the HSE program needed for the safe execution of the works are established, applied
And maintained on site. Otherwise, alert construction team on the findings and make sure that corrective actions are implemented for compliance.
- Carry out daily HSE walk through in his designated area to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Work Method Statement, the HSE Plan/Procedures and the relevant legislation.
- Advise construction team on any HSE concerns, report unsafe situations and work with them to rectify it. Ensure that personnel allocated to the works are properly trained, qualified and informed.
- Report daily and seek advice from the HSE Management. Request the intervention of the HSE Management in the event of difficulties encountered in implementing the HSE System.
- Participate actively to the weekly Management Safety Tour, submit a report of the findings and ensure their closure in time with construction team and the HSE Supervisors (maintain up to date the MST register).
- Liaise with IMAC & PMCM HSE Team on site to gain feedback and closure on their observations and report it to the HSE Management. Produce other reports for HSE Management, when requested
- Authority to stop the works at any time,
- Attend HSE meetings as required by the HSE management and periodically to the weekly site progress meeting to support his team in advising the construction team on safety concerns.
- Define on a monthly basis the topics for the “(S) mart on site” videos, assist his team in the production and approve them. Undertake HSE trainings to the construction team as per HSE management request and evaluate randomly the effectiveness of “Tool Box Talk”.
- Organize “Tasks Briefings” Black Belt Award Program (evaluation/report/ceremony…).
- Organize and lead emergency drill as per management schedule, generate the report, follow the action plan and ensure there are enough first aider and fire warden in the area.
- Participate in incident investigations and provide advice to assist the HSE Management. Attend meetings with involved parties to discuss findings, lessons learnt and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Dispatch as per procedure, the initial alert on Ooredoo system within one hour.

- Assist the HSE Manager with production of appropriate template (forms & registers) for the HSE Management system efficiency and continuously improve them. Produce standard HSE Signage/poster as per site requirement.
- Control, maintain and update all HSE documents for review (following the proper codification), as required by the HSE Manager, prior to advising the construction team who shall transmit any Subsequent revisions to concerned personnel or subcontractors.

- Undertake HSE trainings to the construction team as per HSE management request (IIF orientation, Task Briefing, Induction…).
- Organize all ceremonies on a monthly basis (Green helmet & IIF training, safety award...) in coordination with site and HSE team (certificate…) and produce, submit and record the report.
