Electrical in charge of Cement Mill, Packing Plant, Water treatment & Crude oil Line# 01 & 02 (5000TPD each Plant by Sinoma international China)
Jobs Description & Responsibilities
Electrical Power:
• Electrical Power equipments including MV/LV Motors, Switchgears, Distribution transformers, Protection relays, power and control circuits, Starters, variable speed drives, SiemensMicromaster440 Simovart & Harmony Series up to 1500kW, ACS 560 -800, ABB
• Planning, organizing & executing of Preventive maintenance schedule
• Maintenance of LV/MV Motors( up to 6000KW), switch gears (up to 3200A), protections relays and instruments ABB/Siemens
• Installation and commissioning of Electrical power and control circuits & system as per designed documents.
• Analysis of electrical breakdown and implementing corrective measures to reduce down time
• Maintaining spare parts and ensure safety of employees and machinery
• Assurance of the continual availability of process control systems and power distribution systems in the whole working area, monitoring and evaluation all measurements. Decision and implementation of measures against discovered failures and shortfalls
• Identification of problem areas, technical shortfalls and analysis of problems as well as execution of solution concepts for optimization of production equipment, with the objective of improvement of output, safety, environmental and economic considerations
• Budget responsibility (Capital & Revenue) for whole or pre-defined elements of approved amount and taking measures to ensure there are no deviations from the planned budget
• Identify gaps in electrical & control capability in the factory, develop & lead training & development plans for shift & maintenance electricians as per the identified gaps.
• Prepare requisition, specifications and review papers’ documents and co-ordinate work between vendors and other discipline engineers within the organization
• Daily and weekly progress report and submission to head of department and EMP section
• Electrical Energy (KWH) consumption report and working on energy conservation for plant different area equipments
All Response to any works order jobs, Closing thu Oracle System and Daily Receiving Materials Report
Electrical Protection & Testing:
• Numerical relays, REF542-670 ABB, SIPROTEC 7SJ600 Siemens using relay testing kit sverker 780, Injection of secondary currents & voltages to verify alarm and tripping levels of MV incomers and feeders
• Hi-Pot test of MV cables, switch gears and transformers applying dc voltages up to 35kV
• IR test for Motors & cables using Fluke Megger up to 10kV
• Checking of winding resistance as per Taps position, testing of alarm & trip signals for oil & winding temperatures, oil level, oil pressure & Buchholz relay of distribution transformers, Check oil dielectric strength and execution of dehydration process as if needed.
• Polarity test of CTs/PTs and cores verification. Polarization index and current balance tests for Motors
Ibn Omerah EST for Trading-Contracting Electrical Works IN (KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA). for design and executed electrical works, over head lines for medium and low voltage&cables&power Transformers.
.Design And Install of outdoors electric network, underground And overhead lines up to 33KVA.
.Routine and annual maintenance of outdoors electric network.underground and overhead lines up to 33 KVA.
.Design and construction of electric Rooms.
.Housing Areas(Design and install of outdoors electric and Illumination Networks
Operating with high tension voltage to 33KV and 13.8KV
Requesting and receiving material of SCECO
Dealing with SCECO system (wiring, house connection, transformers installing, )
Leading a team of work
Surveying all sites.
Have ability of making bills.
