Responsible for AP & Fixed Assets sections as the following :
- reviewing and monitoring all suppliers transaction for the full process of the invoice cycle in order to maintain the accurate balances.
- making the monthly supplier aging to have the monthly suppliers due balances.
- preparing monthly VAT return and VAT reconciliation to ensure the we had accurate recording.
- having the full knowledge about GAZT VAT requirements and rules.
- Handling fixed assets and Carry out depreciation runs.
- Full control for all transaction banking; Cheques, Remittance, LC, LG & Company accounts.
- coordinating with the team to prepare the financial reporting.
Responsible for:-
Leading and supervising the operations of Accounting Department which consists of around
5 accountants as follows:-
1- Monitoring Accounting transaction for 23 retail branches of the company.
2- Reviewing sales transaction (Cash & Credit) with chief accountant.
3- Monitoring accounts receivable and follow up collections.
4- Monitoring and Run cycle inventory program ensuring that inventory process is being performed timely also regular checking for the inventory in every branch store.
Handling fixed assets and Carry out depreciation runs.
Full control for all transaction banking; Cheques, Remittance, LC, LG & Company accounts.
Handling External and local suppliers.
Cooperating in prepare the trial balance for the period then review with chief accountant and financial manager.
Coordinate the annual external audits since Five years in the company with (Alrobash, BDO& KPMG)
Monitoring and follow up all bank reconciliations and balance of 9 banks.
Many Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Responsible for:
Recording Accounting transaction for three retail branches of the company, Daily checking for Sales transaction (Cash & Credit), Monitoring accounts receivable and follow up collections, Ensures the integrity of accounting information, Recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Run cycle inventory program ensuring that inventory process is being performed timely
Recording transferring between the factory and the stores branches.
Recording and follow up all transaction banking; Cheques, Remittance, LC, LG, bank reconciliations & Company accounts.
Assistant Chief Accountant for Preparing Monthly Adjustments, Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, financial closing, Facilitating and Annual Audit Conducted
Coordinate with Chief accountant to finalize financial statements.
Assisting with chief accountant to complete annual external audits in the company with (Alrobash, BDO& KPMG) offices.
Recording the transaction of net fixed assets after carry out depreciation runs also accumulated depreciation.
Assist other functions that require financial support, HR, sales & marketing and factory etc.

Responsible for all petty cash handling and appropriate documentation of petty cash transactions and approvals for all company departments
Responsible for:
Prepare and verify daily reports
Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
Prepare daily deposits of sales receipts
Reconcile bank account for monthly
Prepare authorized refund vouchers
Compile monthly reports
Investigate and collect returned items
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
