•Since I am passionate about technology, significantly reduced payments for digital licenses for software (like AutoDesk products REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, and Microsoft products)
•Importing equipment and materials by ourselves without third-party such as construction props and plywood.
•Importing heavy machinery instead of purchasing form local market such as CAT contractors and trucks.
•Dealing and contracting with international couriers (DHL, FedEx) and national couriers (SMSA, Steady routs)

•In coordination with trusted customs brokers, we improved the dealing methods with customs clearance to save time and money.
• Cooperate with tenders’ management pricing materials.
• Working in samples and process necessary transactions to be accepted from governmental entities.
• Studying the most fit to supply according to price, suppling period and quality.
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to take the most benefits of granted facilities credit or open new credits in coordination with financial department.
• In coordination with procurement dep. (Review POs according to BOQ, pricing POs and following up approval from vendors, tracking supplies and ensure of matching approved samples)
1. Negotiated to make deals and supplying contracts with sub-contractors in many fields cleaning or spare parts (from Sole agents) …etc.
2. Purchase other spare parts (from the market).
3. make budgeting and schedules of spending money along of month.
Assist procurement manager in all purchasing processes from preparing RFQ, RFP and collecting quotations from suppliers, comparing and choosing the most appropriate ones, then make short report with recommendations to the manager to take the decision.
In addition to follow up our orders if it goes smoothly and will be stored
in time.
Administered supplying and receiving orders for Qaseem branch store and northern area. Responsible for more than 1100 kilometer of customers to supply.
