Key Responsibilities:
• Collating information, formulating marketing strategies and long term roll out plans to optimize performance parameters and business outputs as well as initiating promotion of Tafarod in private sector and pharmacies.
• Conducting product overview presentation to clients/ consultants with emphasis on the advantages of Tafarod’s product for the customers as well as spearheading marketing initiatives and promotions to create product awareness and designing all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs.
• Keeping abreast of latest scientific advancements, analyzing potential markets and submitting recommendations for product development.
• Innovating brand positioning exercises with a view towards the achievement of targets and maximizing profits as well as establishing a strong market presence, by creating product demand and awareness, market surveys and analysis.
• Conducting product feasibility in view of prevalent medical bylaws, product quality / certifications, market dynamics, trends and rival products.
• Planning and implementing promotional and marketing ventures (exhibitions, conferences, receptions and campaigns) for new and existing products.
• Creating stage-wise profit projection reports, maintaining product standards to safeguard safety/quality as per health/safety guidelines, and generating revenues, maximizing profit margins by identifying high potential sales opportunities as well as prioritizing them to drive sales and augment revenues.
• Conducting market research and feasibility studies, implementing quality control measures and analyzing competitive products to execute action plans and achieve targeted results
• Coordinating to HR Department relating to Hr activities.
