Follow the movement of the vehicle fleet.
Follow-up customers and ensure their satisfaction with delivery methods and deliveries
1- Follow up the performance of employees and achieve the mechanisms of work properly to obtain the
maximum and best results at work.
2- Organize and manage the company's warehouses in accordance with the company's policies and storage
rules.
3- Training and raising the efficiency of employees to participate in strategic planning for warehouse
management
4- Work on the development of training plans for warehouse secretaries and inventory controllers .
5- Develop plans for warehouses in a way that keeps pace with the company's management strategy.
6- Comply with security and safety standards and procedures followed in accordance with the laws of the Saudi
Civil Defense. And update the procedures followed.
7- Study and follow up the levels of safe inventory, follow up consumption and update inventory periodically .
8- Follow-up the retention of economic inventory by setting the minimum and the limit of security and demand
for all items of inventory.
9- Cooperate with the Sales, Procurement and Customer Service departments in the processing of their orders.
10- Electronic monitoring of the movement of inventory by following up the movement of the documentary
cycle of inventory fully and soundly.
11- Supervise and correct storage and arrangement methods within warehouses.
12- Manage storage and transportation processes, set their own schedules, follow them up and work to
improve them .
13- Recommend continuous training and follow-up training programs to meet the needs of the management.
14- Prepare the necessary reports and recommendations periodically and submit their results to the
Department.
15- Work to achieve the goal of the point of arrival of goods between different departments easily and stand on
the balances of inventory.
16- Develop solutions to the problems of warehouses and their employees.
17- Make recommendations to senior management regarding reports received from warehouses.
18- Carry out periodic and sudden inventory work to ensure the balances of the warehouse and their conformity
with the company's inventory program.
19- Follow up the stagnant balances of the inventory and report them and work on the development of
recommendations for their disposal.
20- Follow up the movement of inventory and the volume of demand for it and submit reports to management.
