Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment's and HR Operations (for UAE, Pakistan and Tanzania offices).
• Successfully launched internal requirement functions & internship programs.
• Coordinating with the functional heads of all the departments to schedule the appraisals.
• Database Management- Employee master, Leave Management, Gratuity and Personal Confidential files.
• Formulating & implementing global & local policies, procedures, employee handbooks and relevant forms to ensure that they are posted and easily accessible to all employees.
• Planning & implementing training activities; coordinating with department managers in order to develop annual training calendar.
• Ensure headcount and succession planning of the business is in place.
• Keeping updated knowledge of legal requirements & government regulations affecting employers in UAE as per UAE Labour Law’s and updating policies & procedures to ensure compliance.
• Statutory Compliance-Carrying out VISA formalities New / Renewal / Cancellation of VISA.
• Arranging employee engagement activities - Outing / games/ indoor party.
• Grievance handling of employees.
Key Achievements:
• Added Value to Applicant CV/ Resume screening process by preparing a standard Evaluation Report and grading the Resume based on the compatibility with Job Description.
• Worked Together with the management setting up the branch office in Tanzania in the year 2015.
• Working together with the Directors and Operation head setting up the new software NetSuite.
• Developed a Procedure Manual on the implementation of the Competency Matrix; and as part of innovation- added value to the process by including relevant request forms, checklists to authenticate and validate the whole process.
