- Performing searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria.
- Contacting candidates to inform them of employment possibilities.
- Screening and assessing relevant candidates.
- Informing the candidates during the interview of the details of the job opportunity such as company name (if not confidential), size of the company, duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, organizational structure and prospect promotions.
- Preparing a shortlist of the most qualified candidates..
- Discussing the profiles of the candidates with the Hiring Manager/Decision Maker.
- Continuously exciting the candidates about the opportunity while ensuring a commitment for a potential move throughout the process.
- Arranging and confirming interviews with both the candidates and the client.
- Instructing short-listed candidates in presenting a positive image to the employer.
- Following up after the interviews to get the feedback from both clients and candidates.
- Managing the salary expectations of the selected candidate and assisting both parties in the negotiation process and finalization of the offer.
- Performing reference and background checks on candidates if required from the client.
- Maintaining records of all interviewed/short-listed candidates as per Bayt.com Executive Search documentation process.
- Reporting to the Head of Bayt.com Executive Search Division on all the open positions and operational matters.
Achievements:
- Maintained excellent relations with clients which generated repeat business.
- Successfully placed candidates at different levels and fields e.g. senior management, general management and middle level managerial positions across industries.
A one month course provided by the Chamber of Commerce through New Horizons to educate and prepare unemployed women in Saudi Arabia of on the job greetings and dealings as well as job titles and their responsibilities, cultural norms and much more.

I was the first to suggest and apply gathering customer information (emails and music preferences) and launching an e-newsletter of Music Master's latest releases, top sellers and discounted items.

Sponsored by the British Council in Saudi Arabia, the Leadership Development Programme for Women was conducted at Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry by the well- respected and award-winning Springboard Consultant, Mrs Jenny Daisley who is the Chief Executive of the Company and has written and developed all of the training material. The aim of the training was to give a taster of a course that usually runs over a three month period in the UK dealing with personal and work development programmes for Women. It is for women who know there is more to life and are seeking to achieve it. The results are for Women to assess themselves, set goals and then develop practical skills, self confidence, motivation, and set and achieve clear goals, develop positive attitudes, communicate more effectively and assertively, present a more positive image and improve their work/life balance.
