Planning and managing FF&E project scheduling, project budgets, project staffing, project work plan, and project set-up with project team and sub consultants, Hiring qualified team members, consultants, and sub consultants. Maintain budget estimate versus actual.

Coordinating with the client on all design-related issues, and Sustaining satisfying client relationships.
Reviewing And tracking submitted designs for approvals.

Supporting the Development and Design organizations by endorsing sourcing recommendations that ensure the highest level of quality for major global projects and renovations
Ensuring that the design intent is achieved in meeting the finish and quality expectations for FF&E
Review samples, strike-offs, etc for compliance with specifications and design intent
Review interior architectural plans & BIM Models in conjunction with the Project Lead to ensure conformity with FF&E design
Prepare and coordinate all FF&E documentation (Control book) required for Tender issues.
Review samples, strike-offs, shop drawings and materials etc for compliance with specifications and design intent
Lead work-sessions and design reviews
Take the lead in Sample review including bare finish and 1st piece
Procurement -Tendering | RFP, RAF, PO
Preparing scope of work for subcontractor, consultant, Agents & Suppliers.
Preparing RFPs for design consultants or related tasks.
Integrating value engineering to cost management
Serve as principal contact with Purchasing Agent
Take the lead in first of type review and collaborate with buyer and designer to resolve technical challenges.
Partnership with supplier to provide technical support
Incoming goods inspection per any project.
