• Develop and track project schedules to ensure that the project plans are being followed.
• Create project status dashboard to report the progress of projects to top management.
• Train employees to use the Enterprise Project Management Server (EPM) and the MS Project.
• Coach employees at different departments at the Bank to follow project management practices to deliver their projects
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
Participated in JAB’s core bank transformation program; the 5 year program was named DNA after the genetic term to symbolize its importance to the bank. This program included 24 projects, and
160 employees.
The objective of this program was to replace the old core banking system (Bank
2000) with a new one (T24) that is considered one of the top 3 banking systems worldwide.
