Spearheading overall activities of purchase department encompassing
planning, volume allocation among suppliers, negotiation, contracting
and delivery.
• Developing plans for procurement of raw material for nuts factory
(peanuts, cashew, pistachio, etc.) and chocolate factory (cocoa mass,
cocoa butter, milk powder, etc.) as well as packaging material (foil,
can, paper, etc.) for the product ion departments.
• Playing key role in streamlining purchasing production and packaging
lines.
• Gauging inventory to determine appropriateness of procurement
actions, auditing major vendor invoice discrepancies to effect
corrective action.
• Identifying current pricing trends in food sector, accordingly providing
inputs to ascertain profitable trading in spot and forward deals.
• Very often participating in exhibitions/events as required.
• Dealing with first class international supplier such as Olam International,
Dubai (cocoa, cashew, almond), Blue Diamond Growers, USA (almond
Supervise & train staff.
• Handles day to day operations of the branch.
• Handles sales and marketing
Customer service, making sure of the timely delivery, receipts of item
ordered and checking client’s satisfaction.
• Perform monthly sales check record, organize reports, review and
evaluate work performance.
