• Achievement of established good working relationships with customers, increasing the loyalty or satisfaction of existing customers and successful passing of tests and knowing hotels base of the countries
• Responsible for travel arrangements like train or air tickets, hotel booking and local transportation, ensure reservations are on correct date.

• Participation in travel exhibitions and presentations for closer relations with tour operators - partners
• Expand its client base to participate in exhibitions as components, market monitoring, active search of clients, cold calling
• Negotiations with customers on the telephone and personal meetings and working with VIP clients;
• The organization of the team on exhibition projects;
• Preparation of presentation materials (quotation, etc.);
• Working at exhibitions: organizational issues, documentation, making of planning of the exhibition in Inkscape program
• Working with B2B and B2C audiences
