-Answers customer inquiries on all service features and advises delivery status
-Handling regular request from customers
Maintain records of contacts accounts & orders
-Make deals with customers and perform all necessary actions throughout the sales process
-Assist on customers in placing delivery orders
-Recognize customer problems and resolve to customer satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit
-Communicate with customers on calls & assist in resolution of customer complaints regarding service failures
-Elaborating delivery tickets
-Fixing new customer delivery schedule
-Making all modifications for a customer
-Prepare and submit to after sales support manager a variety of status reports as requested
-Interact daily & objectively with the sales people
-Preparing bank letters and legal letters as requested.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
- Stock Management & Inventory,
- Exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling,
- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards.
- Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required.
