- Prepare/present scientific presentations for internal and external audiences when required
- Handle CUP/NPP patient requests received from physicians
- Respond to medical information enquires received internally and externally from HCPs and patients within set time frames
- Prepare hospital mini-files/dossiers (and special formulary forms when applicable) for introducing company products to hospitals and other institutions
- Represent the company at local and international events and congresses
- Regular field visits to KOLs and key prescribers for discussion of off-label data
- Handle pharmacovigilance queries, including AERs and follow-up queries within the specified timelines
Responsible pharmacist of the orders, sales, patient counseling and management.
Mastered all the different aspects of managing a community pharmacy (sales, patient care, counseling..)
