• Organize awareness workshops for mission affairs (visa issue and pre-departures orientation presentations etc….)
• Set up an appointment (in person or by phone) to meet with each student during the first three to six weeks of the term to discuss her situation.
• Follow up with personal encouragement and inquiries about progress with their goals.
• Refer students to the appropriate resources as necessary, to further the process of integration
• Provide information for KSU scholars to facilitate knowledge exchanges and global experience by helping them to participate in the activities at international institutions
