• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements from supervisor, managers to the top management.
• Develop new filing and organizational practices
• Maintain outmost discretion when dealing with sensitive topics
• Preparation of monthly attendance and encoding timecard for monthly payroll
• Preparation and typing of documents, correspondents, drafts, memos and email on a daily basis
• Recorded, transcribe and distributed minutes of meeting.
• Preparation of LPO for booking arrangements.
• Develop job posting, administered recruitment advertising and track result. Pre-screen qualified candidate for open position and schedule interview
• Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple directors/ managers as well as supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, answering emails, filing and organizing.

• Assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.
SCHOOL NURSE
• Provides health-related education to students and staff in individual and group settings and provides consultation to other school professional.
• Responsible in the provision of a safe and healthy school environment includes monitoring of immunizations and managing communicable diseases, assessing the school environment for safety to prevent injury and spearheading infection control measures.
• Responsible for medication administration, health care procedures, and the development of health care plans.
