1. Supervises building constructions on Architectural works, based the plans, design and specifications.
2. Works on the needed design as approved by the owners, within financial budgets and deadlines.

3. Coordinates with the Safety Manager/Safety Officer of the company to ensure the safety
of all workers, staff and the project.
4. Coordinates with the Project Manager and Office/Cost Engineer regarding the cost
estimate of materials to be used for the site.
5. Coordinates with Purchasing Department on the materials being delivered and checks
on the quality of materials used.
6. Does supervision/ inspection on site, that the approved design is being implemented.
7. Prepares a progress report on the site’s accomplishment.
8. Revises plans and supervises Cadd operator, when necessary to meet clients’ needs
including all technical details and specifications.
9. Coordinates and supervises sub-contractors on their work.
10. Supervises all architectural and civil works.
11. Coordinates with the Office/Cost Engineer with regards to Purchase Orders, contracts
and costing.
12. Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time depending on training,
education, qualifications or experience and necessary resources.
Prepares Working drawings, for construction drawings, Architectural detailing, Site Visit
Projects handled are Retail, Supermarkets and Residentials.
