Acts as lead to provide technical support in the use of personal computers, hardware and software
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems and implement corrective action procedures to other technical resources such as computers and printers
Performs routine maintenance of computers and servers
•Installs software on hardware and other peripherals
•Administer and securing email and user accounts in the company
Performs reception and front desk
•Reporting to the Assistant General Manager of the company for business meetings and other such related issues.
Performs any duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
A Bachelor's degree graduate of Information Technology 4 years course major in programming skills and studied Network and Server Administration, Data Networking and Communications, Multimedia systems, web designing and system design.
