• Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing pillars such as Push marketing, Pull Marketing, Log-term Marketing and Retention Marketing.

• Qualified sales and marketing lead nurturing through the CRM and support the sales team to perform the pipeline process to make the leads to deal.
• Evaluate key performance metrics that affect our campaign, website traffic, service quotas, target audience and ROI.
• Develop SEO strategies, planning, content suggestion, action items and implementation.
• Plan and manage social media platforms.
• Identify the latest trends, technologies and analyzing metrics that affecting our industry.
• Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis on different aspects.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Platform knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Marketing to Sales CRM ActiveCampaign and HubSpot, Moz SEO tool, Hootsuite Social Media automation Tool, ConvertFlow CRO and CTA platform, Hotjar for website insight, Zapier automation workflow and Google studio for the reports.
• Experience in developing and managing CMS systems like WordPress and Drupal. E-commerce platform management experience in WooCommerce and Magento. Project development experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter in PHP framework. Webpack, JavaScript, SCSS and HTML experience etc.
• Generate digital reports on campaign/monthly basis.
