• Management and administration of Catering Events for VVIP zone during Football World cup with FIFA in the stadium of Saint Petersburg.
• Administrating F&B and Managing the entire workforce of 550 people for preparation and realization of opening and closing ceremony for Governmental authorities and VVIP guests of Asian Olympic Games in Turkmenistan. With multi- disciplinary of responsibility, I had to manage the relation with the Turkmen Vice president, purchase department, to recruit and to train the teams, manage daily operations, and organize personally all the reception for the President of Turkmenistan.
• Administrating Catering activities for Football Cup of Confederation in Saint Petersburg for VVIP clients, city administration authorities, and Presidential zone.
• Administrating and managing a workforce of 190 people for daily operations, from the pre-opening. I oversaw F&B department, Guests relations, Reservation, Housekeeping, Events organization, Sales and Marketing of Events and Quality Standard. The theater accommodates around 20 000 guests a year. In two years, the Center became the trendiest place in Saint Petersburg realizing top elite events, private parties and conferences organized for more than 12 000 guests.
• Being the most expensive renting space of the city, we had to compete with St. Petersburg’s Imperial palaces. This highly challenging project was successfully managed due to the high-quality of services provided. In order to ensure the implementation of the brand we have strongly targeted our strategies on customer satisfaction. A unique product was created to meet and exceed requirements of the Luxury Event market
• After educating the team, we have worked with top business corporations in Russia as clients. We set our sales and marketing work to focus on each client individually to personalize the Events.
• Event Management for the Bank and Alcohol division branches includes Russian standard VIP Incentive Travel Department, organization of luxury events and International congress. We have set up a mobile workforce by creating a system which uses resources and engages people from 150 local offices and partner agencies, spread in Russia & Europe. This was done by the implementation of working techniques, coaching, process standardization which helped to minimize the expenses for recruitment
• Managing events during the entire circle: creation of concepts and programs, logistics, catering, directing of the shows, coordination with technical services, travel arrangements, freelancer project team recruitment for events, organized in Russia, Poland, France, Italy, Sardinia, Capri etc.
• Management of 50 big events and private concerts organized every year, in Italy, Moscow,
Saint Petersburg, France, and Poland. Up to 1500 guests visited the events with the budget up
to few million euros per event, organized as a promotion for brand awareness within 6 years,
for example: TV show Miss Russia contest, Miss World contest in Moscow in 2013 etc.
• Accommodation of 120 Top VIP incentive groups participating in discovery programs organized around Russian Vodka and mixing cultural experiences. Guests were accommodated only in five-star hotels,
traveled by business class or private jet, visited top rated nightclubs, fine dining and discovered Russian cultural places.
• Management, conception and creation of shareholders’ private parties for family, birthdays, wedding etc.
The innovation of this business was new and the only one at that time in Saint-Petersburg. Technology of producing clear transparent ice sculptures which could be used for freezing items such as fresh flowers, etc.
• Creation and management of a private owned business in Ice curving. The implementation of the product for promotion campaigns for alcohol producers, hotels and event agencies.
• Market research, development, and fast introduction of product into the market gaps aimed to get all market shares in two years before the idea would be copied.
• The goal was to increase the brand recognition through realization of ultra-luxurious parties in the year. Full-cycle management - from the creative idea up to its final realization of:
- “Terrazza Martini Beach”VIP lounge during Sochi film Festival under the patronage of the ministry of Culture of Russian Federation with frequentation of 11 000 people in 9 days;
- Viva la Vita lounge in Moscow for the Russian Billionaire fair exhibition with frequentation of 3500 people per day;
- Private party “All that Glam” for My Martini in Moscow starring Gwyneth Paltrow for 800 guests.
• Appointed by one of the 100th richest Russian Billionaires all over the World (Forbes), I was to create Five different concepts of food areas on the territory of 70 hectares of French Riviera for 200 people each. I was inspired by the famous story of Jules Verne “Around the World in 80 days” and made the story “Dining around Five countries in Three hours”. Every detail from, Gastronomic cuisine, dinnerware, design, to staff dressing, etc. …. was locally produced or imported from matching country and for 30 minutes made guests feel themselves travelers and revealed different ephemeral emotions.
• In order to make F&B unique, the work was done in cooperation with one of the most prestigious UK agencies and with the starred chef Alain Ducasse and his team.
