I started as a Semi Senior Developer in helping Lotus Notes team integrate a Lotus Notes App between systems. After I started supervising and helping team of Java developers and Notes Developers to migrate a Lotus Notes App to Cloud environment. This help consisted in teaching Java and its related framework and converting Lotus Script code to Java.
