• Collaborated with 3 squads (+40 members) and led 8 product managers that consist of an intern, associate, and senior PM levels. Responsible for creation of product OKRs, strategy and visions, streamlined product and tech development processes, set the roadmap for each squad, removed day-to-day blockers, and coached all PMs. Expanded PMs members from 4 to 8 people and implemented product roadmap to boosting productivity by 50%.
• Successfully achieved an average 45% overall OKR met stretch target from Q4 2022 to Q4 2023 for all squads, and 70% average
success rate in product roadmap implementation. This involved collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product
marketing, data, business development, sales, operations, product & tech, and C-level management, to accomplish the companys strategic objectives and enabled additional revenue streams.
• Identified and managed the product strategy for a year by defined the unique value propositions for each product and customer segment to become the best job platform in Indonesia. The collaboration created a higher CTR for Growth Marketing feature and unlocking new revenue streams for advertisement inventory.
