Handling & appointing Distributor/Channel Partners of a part of an assigned Cluster of Kolkata. Appointing a team of 20/25 Executives to hold those CPs and, motivate them, train them in a proper way to ensure sales & marketing, channels & acquisition, achieving the target set by the company an overall a steady market growth of that very part of assigned Cluster.
*Firstly have to build contract with various clients by executives & persuade them for implementation (partially/fully), also find those already implemented by others can take support from us in low rates than others offer.
*Configuration of all Sales and Distribution organizational units into the Enterprise Structure and customization of availability check various Sales, Delivery and Billing Documents.
*Determination of Pricing Procedures with necessary Condition types, Access sequence and Condition tables as per as Business requirements.
*Configuration of various Basic Functions like Output Determination, Material Listing and Exclusion.
*Involved in the Post Implementation Supporting activities.
*End user training, presentations, creating documentation, which includes user manuals, master data manuals and customizing, guide.
Sales & Distribution, Channel & Acquisition.
Selling OTC(FMCG) division through handling distributor & retailers
Selling Insurance.
