Conversations
• Coordinate Community Capacity Enhancement at district level.
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide HIV/AIDS services to the communities.
• Organise and hold community conversations.
• Provide guidance to communities in the formulation and management of community based initiatives in response to HIV/AIDS and other issues.
• Provide Technical advice t relevant communities on Gender Issues
• Initiate and guide communities and other partners in compiling Evidence Based Planning aligned to the National Strategic Framework.
• Provide technical support to District Multi Sectoral AIDS Committees (DMSAC) on issues relating to community mobilization.

Assessing clients for Poverty Eradication Programme and enrolling eligible clients, training and monitoring projects.

Assisting the HIV/AIDS Coordinator in the implementation of the workplace wellness program.
Promoting health and safety in the workplace.
Provision of psychosocial Support to staff.
Organising and conducting Health and Motivational talks in the workplace.
Liaising with Department of Labour to ensure safety in the workplace.
Issuing condoms to staff and promoting its use through condom use demonstration.
Counsellor
Providing counselling services to clients on issues surrounding HIV/AIDS.
Conducting HIV pre-test and post-test to clients.
Issuing HIV results to clients.
Referring eligible clients to service providers with ARV therapy services.
