Job Profile: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (DEPARTMENT INCHARG)

1. Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and department procedures to achieve maximum sales and provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
2. Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction.
3. Participant regular meetings to be update company's strategies and action plan
4. Reports and communicates with Store Manager on all pertinent issues affecting Customer Service
5. Maintain eye catching effective displays within the store.
6. Providing detail information about the product
7. To deal with administration issues and paper work regarding staff.
8. Can participate and interact with people from different nationalities.
9. Ability to work in an organization in any activity assigned to me under pressure both in the field of my experience or any assignments made to me.
10. Working as teamwork to achieve business goal.
11. Providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES:
Basic in computer software:- Microsoft words, E-mail and Internet, Excel, Dos.
Network:- Spinneys program (System application program)
Participate in Customer Service training conducted by Spinneys Dubai LLC.
Participate in Hygiene Training conducted by Spinneys Dubai LLC.
