Job Responsibilities as Brand Officer:
• Ensure smooth implementation of branding strategies that align with the companys overall objectives crafted by Senior Manager.
• Work closely with the Trade Marketing and field teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote the companys products and services.
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Assist on managing the companys social media presence, including developing content and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Work with external partners, such as advertising agencies and PR firms, to develop and execute brand campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding activities and activations and make recommendations for improvements.
• Explore innovative branding initiatives for brand visibility and leverage and monitor its condition.
• Track the competition’s activities and report it to your supervisor.
• Track, Monitor and review every activity vis-à-vis Plan and Budget.
• Maintain Proper and monthly documentation.

• Carrying out Market Research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as predict future trends
• Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build brand credibility
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
• Supervise advertising, product design and other form of marketing to maintain brand consistency
• Working with colleagues across multiple departments such as marketing assistants, marketing managers, marketing officers, sales managers, etc.
• Organizing the events such as product lunch, exhibitions and photo shoots
• Keeping the record of marketing expenses and analysis of expenses vs marketing budget; ROI Calculation
Job Responsibilities at International Export
• Initial point of contact to the new queries related to the export interest
• Briefing the company policy, product portfolios and the requirements for the export of our products
• Instructing the export parties with business plan, documentation and agreements work in the initial phase
• Coordination with the export clients at every steps from starting company registration to order delivery and also post-delivery performance reports collections
• Coordinate with the order receiving, order processing & order delivery (Including all the shipping tasks with the complete documentation works)

Job Responsibilities as BTL Manager
• Managing and Conducting All BTL Events
• Handle and respond to all the Emails of BTL Clients
• Maintaining BTL Clients list and keeping them updated
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned presentation and meetings
• Develop Ideas and create plans for BTL Campaigns / Ground Promotion Keeping all necessary logistics/Vendors (Flex/Print/Vehicle/ Sound System etc) standby for BTL Ground Activation
• Manage a team of promoters, hosts/MCs, agencies and media folks on ground for Activation/Promotion task
• Maintain temporary staf by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training them project-wise
