Being a owner of Ideas Digital Printing its my responsibility to look after business' major operations, Daily issues, meeting and handling Customers, expending business etc.
Handling Customers involves: meeting Customers at their place, introducing our business and services and getting orders from customers.
Business Operations: involves fulfilling customers orders before delivery date in order to gain customers trust through quality services by saving customer time through delivering the order at customer's place (Home delivery concept). the services we provide are to design (on Penaflix) the business sign boards, bill boards, wooding, back light boards, visiting cards, professional certificates, PVC Identity cards, and other graphical services, making Iron frames for Penaflix boards, delivering and fixing the board at customer place.
it is also my job to maintain long term relation ship with customer for the good image of business and for word of mouth to increase customer share.
supervision and handling employees and solving any issue that arises in daily operation are also included in my duties.
Teaching different computer programs to students. Developed and implemented many Ideas to extend and improve current business and used advertising skills to promote the Organization
Taught Mathematics and Science subjects to 8th, 9th and 10th class
Received two times full scholarships for two semesters. Received shield and certificates from vice chancellor of BUITEMS in recognition of special class activity (CSR). Participated and organized "BUITEMS Ray of Hope" poster competition about saving earth. Voluntarily Worked for university and made Banners, Posters and Certificates for different events during and after academic session
