Country & Regional Operations
• Overall responsibility for operations, finance, HR, administration, compliance, and governance in Oman.
• Active involvement in operational decision-making for subsidiaries and activities in KSA, Kuwait, and Qatar.

• Lead banking relationships, project finance discussions, credit facilities, and cash flow planning.
• Handle company registration (in coordination with legal Compliance Manager), commercial licensing, and regulatory compliance across GCC jurisdictions.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial models, and funding plans for operations and projects.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Flagship Project Experience - Polyacrylamide Manufacturing Plant - Oman (Sohar Port).
• Project Value: USD 110 Million for Phase 1, Phase 2 and 3 under plan which will combines the project to 300 million USD.
• Role: Project Overall Coordinator or In Charge.
• Period: Started in October 2024 - Commissioning by March 2026 - fast Track Project.
Project Leadership Scope
• Complete end-to-end responsibility for a USD 110M greenfield chemical manufacturing plant.
• Acted as main contractor, dividing the project into package-level contracts (civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, process, logistics, etc.).
• Arranged and managed project finance with banks for this project and other group entities.
• Controlled project cash flows, milestone-based payments, and financial exposure.
• Managed multi-national contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensured governance, HSE compliance, cost control, and schedule discipline.
• Regular reporting to ownership on progress, risks, and financial status.
Tendering & Commercial Leadership
• Played a key role in tender preparation across Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar
• Led and supported:
o Budgeting & cost estimation.
o Cash flow forecasting.
o Commercial & financial proposals.
o HSE documentation and compliance reports.
o Operational methodology & execution plans.
• Supported oilfield and industrial tenders with finance, compliance, and operational inputs.
• Worked closely with technical, HSE, and operations teams to ensure fully compliant bids.
Oilfield & Logistics Operations
• Direct involvement in oilfield-related operational support, logistics planning, and execution.
• Oversight of material movement, site logistics, contractor coordination, and compliance.

• Supervised financial operations for 10 stores, including sales accounting and budget preparation.
• Optimized regional expenditure and streamlined administrative processes.
• Oversaw payroll, utility expenses, and employee attendance records.
