 Close monitoring on monthly transportation cost without over heading the budget.
 Liaising with employee leave as per Qatar Law and ensuring smooth implementation of new HR policies.
 Assuring smooth execution of new joiners onboard joining formalities: organization orientation/new joiners; induction.
 Monitoring medical status, figure print and contract letters.
 Close coordination on leave management.
 Renewal of PR on monthly basis in coordination with PRO.
 Monthly update on Visa trackers.
 Daily tracking on training in coordination with the training Manager.
 Over viewing on payroll in which is not exceeding the budget.
 Making sure all the administrative works are done on proper way.
