• Led a project for a Free Zone Authority in UAE to develop the HR policies and procedures manual and design HR
processes customized to the client

job families and recommendations on learning interventions for critical roles
• Led and participated in Business Development activities by developing technical and commercial proposals on a variety
of service offering for clients from different industries in the Middle East

Consultation for clients in Sri Lanka and China on HR & Organization Transformation
• Consulted a Japanese Porcelain Manufacturer in Sri Lanka on their HR transformation journey by developing a 3-year
road map with phased initiatives. Further, provided implementation support over a period of 18 months
• Designed a job restructuring plan, developed new job roles and recommended development pathways for a Chinese
Apparel manufacturer to support the organization’s lean transformation over a period of 3 months
Led the Talent management and development function, by designing and developing the development strategy and
executing training, development plans & succession plans for a manufacturing unit of 1200 employees
Guided process analysis led problem solving activities, educated teams & implemented relevant lean tools & concepts
Analyzed performance reports/ Financial statements & coordinated cluster standardization projects
