Parts Ordering Executive - Sale Al Hamad Al Mana Co. (NISSAN Qatar)
From 2015 to 2016.

• In charge of the PNA (product not available) operation in the parts department.
• Coordinating with Service Advisors and Parts Sales Executives on parts none availability issues and orders the as soon as possible from other GCC countries in order to maintain higher customer satisfaction.
• Supporting to the ordering department for ordering required parts to increase the availability of past moving item.
• Handling the clearing operation of PNA parts and others hazardous and product from the environment ministry.
• Handling of GCC export PNA parts.
• Submitting weekly reports to Central Parts Manager about PNA issues.

Parts Sales Executive at Sale Al Hamad Al Mana Co. (NISSAN Qatar)
From 2008 to 2015

• Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their Spare Parts needs.
• Proper assessment and selection of customer spare Parts needs and final sales invoicing to the counter sales customers. (External Customers)
• Preparation of Nissan Spare Parts estimates for accident repair with the requisition of estimators/Service advisors (Internal customers)
• Identification and location of necessary Spare Parts with the customer requirement by using the “NISSAN FAST” system.
• Issuance of Spare Parts for the job card raised by the service supervisor/service engineers, invoicing of spare parts to customers by using the Kerridge invoicing software system,
• Identify the customer parts requirement and deliver them with in a particular time period to maintain a highest customer satisfaction,
• Liaison with the other departments, member staffs etc. for effective and efficient operation by aiming the highest customer satisfaction,
• Raised the special PNA (Parts not Available) orders for other GCC countries to import urgently required spare parts, Spare Parts stock management.
• Key decisions to maintain of right stock level/timely ordering/past moving and slow moving parts and maintain of warehouse for quick pick etc. with the purpose of achieving top line and bottom line objectives of the company.
