JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing and controlling day to day Accounting functions of the organization and prepare all books of accounts independently up to finalization
Monitoring Accounts Payable function which includes verification and booking of supplier invoices, processing online payments and timely settlement of invoices
Receivables management which includes tracking and booking of all receipts with proper documentation and approvals, preparing ageing analysis and follow up with payment for speedy realization
Preparation of Bank reconciliation, review and reconcile debtors and creditors accounts and follow up with supplier & customer statements in order to ensure timely payment of invoices
Maintain Company Fund position, Making the arrangement of fund transfers and ensuring the availability of funds to cover payment runs .
Managing monthly general ledger closing by ensuring the accuracy and completion of all items in GL, preparation and review of accruals and journal entries, maintaining various reports, schedules and statements as per the policies and procedures
Preparation of various management reports periodically, monitor and compare the expenditure against the budget and provide variance analysis
Conducting periodical/annual stock checking and internal and external auditing in liaison with auditors
Responsible for Inventory Control, Production Cost Control & revenue Audit.
Preparation of Financial Budget and Business Plan for the Division
Analyzing the maximum & minimum reorder level, Stock in hand &Turnover statements.
Spot checks on all outlets. Report the management any information related to cost and performance and take the necessary action.
Coordinate with the Chef and F & B Manager on menu planning and Determine selling prices of Food & beverage and to revise them periodically.
Monitoring regional treasury activities and Analyzing budgetary performance, control & profitability.
Control of spoilages and waste and Market surveys & Quality Control.
