• Technical Due Diligence-developing new Data Centers in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Kolkata
• Master layout planning for Ambattur Chennai campus for Data Centre Development along-with utilities
• GPR Survey of buried services, Geo investigations for construction of data centers, access road & infra incl. statutory approvals
• Ensuring timely handover of newly built DC & Maintenance of existing Data Centers including security and logistic upgrades
My Role: Construction management & coordination with internal team, Client, Contractors, Dealers, equipment suppliers & service vendors. Overall responsibility, Coordination of regional, Corporate & India business teams, client PMO & PMC (260 M USD)
CNG Gas Program: Controlling the planning, engineering, procurement & construction management
of retail CNG fuel stations, City Gate Stations and LCNG (Gas Hub) at various locations in region 1, 2 & 3 (Phase 1) throughout
India. My role incl. the Program management involving coordination with internal team, Client, Dealers &equipment suppliers.
My Role: Coordination within regional teams with client PMO & other stakeholders (100 M USD)
