➢ Off site manager for erection & Commissioning of 2X12.5 TPH PH Boiler & 1X 40 TPH AQC Boiler for our client FLSmidth Ltd. At Vicat sagar cements Gulbarga Karnataka.

Responsibilities: • Review of QAP and carry out day to day inspection of erection and alignment as per the QAP

• Preparing stage inspection reports, IBR ground inspection reports, Fit-up & weld visual reports.
• Review of WPS & PQR for welding to be carried out at site construction.
• Preparing welding schedule and weld map.
• Arranging for PWHT & NDT like RT, DPT, UT, MPT.
• Review of consumables test certificates and electrode baking register and keeping records for the same.
• Review of radiographic test repots and films and recording the same.
• Preparation of IBR documents like ground inspection, stage inspection and hydrostatic test reports.
