• Drive the performance of the supply chain by ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of import/export shipping documents, including purchase orders, Performa invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, AWBs, and draft BLs.
• Lead the Supply Chain and Materials Department in the delivery and receipt of shipping documents.
• Manage supply to achieve business goals by effectively coordinating daily tasks with suppliers, customers, 3PL/4PL service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare shipping documents based on cross-trade/switch BL shipments.
• Familiar with INCO terms such as EXW, FCA, CFR, CPT, DDP, and DDU.
• Manage the import/export of raw materials (yarn), accessories, bulk, to the warehouse according to sales forecast and related production. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the customs clearance process is compliant and smooth. This includes arranging clearance processes for shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite processes and streamline operations.
• Maintain daily purchase orders and verify details as needed, such as ensuring that the orders are accurate and that the correct suppliers are being used.
• Conduct rate inquiries from shipping lines and airlines for both sea and air shipments and negotiate the best rates possible.
• In addition to these responsibilities, the logistics coordinator may also be responsible for managing inventory, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Champion the performance of the supply chain relative to key metrics such as preparing import/export shipping documents including purchase orders, Performa invoices, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping instructions, AWB, draft BL’s
• Leads Supply Chain and Materials Department with delivering/receiving shipping documents
• Management of supply to achieve business goals by effective coordinating daily tasks with suppliers, customers, 3PL / 4PL service providers and other stake holders
• Preparing shipping documents which is under DP, DA terms and prepare documents based on Letter of Credit terms (LC) liaise with relevant banks and authorities and arrange logistics and monitoring cross trade/switch BL shipments
• Participate in the sales and operations planning process to ensure incoming material

• Well verse with INCO terms such as EXW, FCA, CFR, CPT, DDP, DDU etc
• Manage import/export of Raw materials (Yarn), additives, bulk, and packed lubricants
/ grease to warehouse according to sales forecast and related production including running weekly yarn status reports and evaluating those with head of the supply chain
• Work with cross functional teams to make sure the Customs clearance process is compliance and smooth, such as arrange clearance processes for shipments
• Manage 3rd party service providers by doing documentation and organization of all export (Sea, Air/ courier) shipments
• Responsible for monitoring accuracy and efficiency of clearance process through agent’s management, internal process coordination,
• Handling airfreight & ocean freight (LCL and FCL’s cargo) enquiries and coordination with local and international clients for competitive rates
• Negotiating rates with main sea lines (directly), and air lines (Directly) to offer competitive rates
• Successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives through driving new sales strategies
• Planning and consolidating shipments with co-loaders
• Offering Air import & export quotations to the customers and price negotiations with agents and airlines
• End-to-end handling of Import & Export shipments in both air freight and ocean freight.
• Identifying new potential customers and register them and validating their profiles
• Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller.
• All documentation procedures to be followed up (starting from securing S/I to final handover of AWB and HBL- Pre alerts)
• Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are cleared within the specific time limit
• Moreover, handling cross trade shipments from Turkey to China, Vietnam and Bangladesh
