KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up security access for admin, staff, teachers, parents and students

Manage Alberta state reporting and PASI integration
Recommend system improvement
Train and orient new users and support all users, establishing needs and monitor
usage
Ensure Accuracy of data and troubleshoot problems with database
Managing exports for ADEK mark submission
Assist in providing various reports and analysis for Alberta and ADEK audits
Create dash various dash boards on Tableau for help administration in analyzing
student and teacher performance
Manage PowerSchool online enrollment system
Organize diploma attestation through various Canadian authorities and UAE ministry
of foreign affairs for students in order to achieve UAE Equivalency
Work closely with the registrar, school counselor, special education need department
and Arabic department
