Experience in Sulphuric acid plant, Phosphoric acid plant, ammonia plant, Fertilizer plant, Petrochemical plants (Caprolactam). Experience in Nitrogen Plant, DM Plant & Effluent Treatment plant. Knowledge and hands on experience in handling pumps, Compressors, Valves, Heat exchangers, Evaporators, Distillation column etc. Successfully interact with the production operators and coordinates the production processes. Underwent comprehensive training in DCS operations to mitigate operational upsets and to monitor trends for identify process disturbances. Knowledge on reading & interpreting Process Flow diagrams (PFD) and Piping & instrumentation diagram (P&ID).
• Assisted in the Selection of bidders for BPCL-KR Compressed Biogas Plant (CBG PLANT), Verified the track record of vendors, prepared technical recommendations.
• Participation in HAZOP study.
