Prepare ERP Project master plan and implementation road map, develop ERP project team control structure, select power user, make and execute strategy to prepare organization for change. Select vendor and consulting team. Negotiate Implementation Contract, SAP software licenses and Hardware prices. Select, Procure and deploy hardware/software solution and save millions. Manage Project life cycle using ASAP (Preparation, Business Blue print, Realization and UAT, Go-Live). Participate in all aspect of ERP project including business processes and operations refinement with functional heads. SAP Successfully Go-live at Macter International in a record period of 6 months with seven modules PP, MM, QM, SD, FICO, HCM and Plant Maintenance modules.

Major Business Applications following the SDLC includes Sales and Distribution, Web based Online Distributor ordering System, Claim settlement, Batch Production System, GL, Planning and forecast system, Inventory Management and Control, GPO (General Purchase System), MTM (Material Transfer Memo), Payroll, Samples Budget and inventory System, Doctors Call reporting, Marketing budget, Helpdesk system for I.T support & KPI's etc.

Achievements:

•Implement online sales order generation and replenishment System for Hilton distributors spread all over Pakistan. The Project not only improve order to cash and stock replenishment cycle but also efficiently manage triple constraint (time, quality and cost).

•Integrate Isolated Business Applications and processes, giving management a complete picture of the Business processes, provide better inventory stock level and control at the same time enhance efficiency at all level.

SAP ERP Implementation Project :
Participated in full life cycle from ERP project inception to implementation in consultation with a senior manager and project director in selection, budget preparation, Hardware selection, SAP hardware sizing, building ERP implementation strategy and holding meetings with stakeholders.
Responsible for BASIS (Authorizations, Installation of landscape, DR Strategy with Oracle Dataguard implementation, Backup and Recovery (BRtools/Enterprise Manager), SAP DBA Activities, transports management, and support.

Other key Initiatives and Achievements:

•Developed and implement strategy to make Automatic sales order with reconciliation from legacy systems to SAP in a record period of one week to meet project deadline.

CRM/Mobile Applications, Business Intelligence, Dash boards and Data warehouse:

Design, developed and Implement SMS based doctors call reporting system for field force of 700+, Also implemented ROI reports, Business Intelligence reports and Interactive Dash board for Marketing Management and field force all over Pakistan.

•Doctor Call reporting systems enable management to not only view sales rep. activity but also product promotion plan execution, Product and Doctors coverage and many other dimensions which are not possible to view through manual reporting, another achievement of this project is its high efficiency and integration with other systems such as Doctors Database. This solution is highly customizable, practical, flexible and low in cost as compare to software implementation offer by companies in the market.

Database Administration activities: Responsible for smooth running of all Group of company's Databases (Oracle, SQL Server), setup Distributed environment, heterogeneous database service(Transparent Gateway), Oracle MV Replication, Backup and Recovery, Database Cloning, Performance and tuning of application and Databases, Database Security, ETL using Export/Import, SQL Loader, Parallel SQL using Heterogeneous service, Partitioning of tables and indexes, Dimension and cube building for CRM application using external data. Tablespace and user management.
