▪ Work on Brand Execution activities in close collaboration with other functions:
- Get deep customer and market insights in order to optimize brand plans, identify leverage points, customer segmentation and profiling, customers’ preferred channels mix and customers’ needs.
- Prepare and implements commercial activities/tactics as defined in the brand plan, continuously looking for synergies and sharing best practices to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support sales force training activities on product and communication tools.
- Monitor systems and metrics to reflect brand performance, tactics and channel effectiveness.
- Develop / customize marketing materials that support brand positioning within the different product life cycle stages, capitalizing on the complete channel mix across the region, including new digital capabilities.
▪ Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure/ communicate that the brands meet the defined unmet customer needs and key stakeholders realize the economic and value proposition.
▪ Contributes to the development of market access strategies due to own understanding of the importance of Health Economic analysis into life cycle plans, brand strategy & reimbursement strategies.
▪ Gains understanding of key countries, cultures, economies and pressures having impact on the business.
▪ Develops relationships with key scientific and business opinion leaders to support the brand positioning conveying brand awareness messages and to capture input to better define and execute the brand strategy.
