• Responsible for creating presentations and reports A-Z to be submitted directly to clients.
• QA/QC aspects of Design intent, Creative design, Creative content, Urban edge design, and Masterplanning components of a proposal or a project.
• Creation and administration of creative content and graphical representations for submittals.
• Brain storming, fashioning concepts and design story narratives suitable for unique projects and proposals, catering to clients vision while maintaining a healthy balance of challenging design briefs and staying true to it.
• Ensuring compatibility between inhouse products of different disciplines of Architecture, Urban design, Interior design as well as other appointed consultants.
• Vital role in Urban design and coordination, holding responsibilities for Masterplanning submittals for national and international projects.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of urban planning technicians.
• Advice planning officials and clients on project feasibility, regulations, and possible alternatives.
• Exposed to project Management duties as the manager delegates, creation of BAFO/LAFO, Project Budgets, Client relations and meetings, organizing and resourcing to meet deadlines
• Validation of Masterplans, ensuring proposals legitimacy and monitoring quality of work
• Create reports, graphics and presentations for Masterplanning project proposals and submissions. Creation of Urban Design Guidelines and Plot guidelines sheet design.
• Create drawings (regulatory plans, plot data sheets, etc.) and coordinate them within the team, sub consultants, and governmental authority requirements.
• Creation of Urban scale studies and benchmarking various projects.
• Provide guidance for Architectural team with Masterplanning components like: Architectural guidelines, Façade design, Landscaping concepts, Typology allocation, gate levels, and Urban edge design.
• Coordination between multidisciplinary Masterplanning sub-consultants (Landscape, Waste management, FL&S, Lighting, CGI)
• Help and support to other departments within the company; Ex. Architectural concept team (submissions, marketing plans and presentations), Material/mood boards with the interior design team, etc.
• Various design duties of an Architect in concept and pre concept phases, applying design intent, façade design, architectural composition, articulation, and space planning
Planning & designing spaces, such as private residences, office buildings, and other properties. Formulating design proposals that are practical, aesthetic, and conductive to intended purposes.
•Consult with clients to determine requirements of structures and spaces.
•Lead presentations and communicate design concepts.
