• Worked and followed up on the full recruitment and selection process for the required IBVs in the Zaatari camp, ensuring compliance with UNHCR IBV SOP and Blumont internal policies and procedures.
• Served as the focal point with UNHCR for any eligibility hiring checks, exception requests, and other related IBVs matters.
• Managed the hiring arrangement for selected IBVs within the organization, including preparing contracts and maintaining files and documents.
• Updated and maintained IBVs data lists, sharing reports on a monthly basis.
• Provided feedback and updated the inquiries list shared by the protection team for complaints or inquiries related to IBVs.
• Prepared and calculated monthly IBV stipends with all necessary signed and approved documents, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Conducted Code of Conduct, PSEA, and HR orientation sessions for new hires and annual refreshers for IBVs and regular Blumont employees.
• Followed up on contract end dates and implemented necessary actions to avoid any gaps in filling IBV positions.
• Assisted in preparing official letters, such as employee certificates, experience letters, employee change status forms, and authorization of hiring, in accordance with NGO policies.
