• Conduct HR works such as (view point - P&DD ’’performance & development dialog’’- engagement survey, team building activities...)
• Coordinate training activities and handles full relevant processes as per needed approvals & policies (plan, budget, liaison with third parties, cost control, training assessment, reporting and training record).
• Recruitment.
• Conduct new-employee orientations and on boarding.
• Organize and Coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Responsible for overall front office activities, including mail and phones.
• Handle all documents and processes concerning studios reservation.
• Coordinate between manager and stuff.
• Running and managing all electronic and paper records and archives.
• Coordinating PR and HR efforts.
