Ensuring the quality implementation of incentive process, being the driver of new initiatives, solutions and innovations. Close cooperation with Local Marketing Department, Supply chain, Customer Service Department, IT departments, digital department as well as with the field in extend of integrated planning process.
- Planing and creating incentives for Field ( ASMs, SLs, Reps, DMs and Trainers based on the company plans and creates ROI analysis with finance (including Regional/Global incentives) and follows up with all activities related to Incentives: communication plans, internal instructions, prizes definition and purchasing.
- Implementation of annual clubs programs including the business case, incentive structure, conditions, gifts, booklets, finance approvals, end year celebration, communication and monitoring results on campaign Base.
- Resposible for Preparing all the stages of all the events throughout a year: developing plans, organizing and supporting all sales events within the allocated budget, including ASMs Conferences, Company Branding Events, SL National Conference, ASMs and SLs Workshops.
