- Supervising all labor office activities. - Managing all activates related to GOSI - Supervising new Iqama Issuing, sponsorship transfer, profession modification, Iqama renewal, Exit re-entry visa, final Exit. - Supervising all administration services such as: utilities, mail, stationary, website, company printing material, events and celebration, office rent. - Overseeing all functions related to ministry of trade, ministry of labor, ministry of exterior, chamber of comers, baladya license and certificates. - Managing the contract with the medical insurance company and supervising all the related activities: adding/ deleting members, upgrading service and following up medical/ financial claims. - Initiating the agreement with HRDF and overseeing all related activates such as: additions, deletions, invoices and claims.
- Responsible for the Government Relations related process such as: Issuing Iqamas for new arrivals, Exit & Re- entry visas, Iqama renewal, visit visa, letters for government, CR's renewal and Saudization certificate, etc.
- Responsible for Employee relation process + procedure related to: vacations, and medical insurance.
- Daily tracking employees requests such as: employment certificate, identification letters, and exit re-entry visa process.
- Daily follow up with Travel Agency regards to employees Tickets for business leave and vacation request.
- Issue all related documents related to new employee's visa such as Embassy Letter, Agency Letter, MOFA authorization and Employee contract
- Responsible for the Government Relations related process such as: Issuing Iqamas for new arrivals, Exit & Re- entry visas, Iqama renewal, visit visa, letters for government, CR's renewal and Saudization certificate, etc.
- Responsible for Employee relation process + procedure related to: vacations, and Medical Insurance.

- Daily follow up with Travel Agency regards to employees Tickets for business leave and vacation request.
- Data entry + validation in ERP Implementation for HRTS (SCALA)
