1. Work in conjunction with the manufacturing engineers, process development, facilities and ETS to achieve best MOM
2.Follow up with commercial and key account managers customer's feedback to ensure that the quotation are clear and within customer's target
3.communicate with different suppliers for technical issues reference materials
4.Assign tasks to costing teams, follow up the performance and provide training, coaching, design and plan on job training for the team,
5. Recommend, develop, and improve costing engineering systems, activities and reports
6. Trainer for Costing teams LEONI Worldwide for the new tools used on job reference cost sheets and Standard time Catalogs
7.Responsible for updating and modifying cost sheets and Standard time Catalogs to meet day to day requirements
8.Following up with all costing teams LEONI Worldwide reference the usage of new tools
Coordinate with R&D and customer service center team in France & Germany
• Review customer’s data, technical data and customer’s specification and requirements
• Contact cross functional department for technical support and review
• Preparing material breakdown, labor analysis, tooling breakdown & Cost breakdown for
Devo/MCS, and new projects.
• Preparation of costing sheets, use the Range Value.
• Preparing material liability cost.
• Communicate technical, quality and other problems to relevant parties.
Participates in the selection of suppliers based on a criteria
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead time, cost and quality to obtain maximum benefit for the
company
• Evaluation of quotations and conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices
• Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers
• Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget
• Preparing Purchasing orders
• Reviewing project requirements and technical data
